We will be holding an Omnium Point score series over three rounds on Saturday afternoons from 2pm all on track 2 (hurrah say the big blokes!).

• Round 1 – 11 April 2026
• Round 2 – 4 July 2026
• Round 3 – 22 August 2026
  

The SSCC Omnium comprises of 3 events as follows:

• Scratch race

Scratch race – mass start, first to finish wins, 8 Laps for C /D , 10 laps for A/B
Points awarded 1 to start (5 / 3 / 2 / 1 point for 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th & 10 Points bonus if the field is lapped)

• Points race

Points race – 9 Laps for C /D with a Sprint for points on lap 7,5,3,1,
A/B 11 laps with a Sprint for points on lap 9,7,5,3,1,
Points for sprints (5 / 3 / 2 / 1 point for 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th)
10 points again for lapping the field, most points wins.

The Points race in the Second round will be a snowball point score e.g Win lap one, you get 1 point; win lap 9, and you earn 9

The Points race in the Third round will be a Point-a-Lap Race
One point is awarded for the first rider across the line each lap. The rider to finish with the most points is the winner.

• Elimination

1st lap neutral and each lap whoever is in lastplace is eliminated from the race; whoever is last alive wins.
Points awarded 1 to start (5 / 3 /2 / 1 point for last / 2nd last / 3rd last / 4th last

We will run each event for each grade so there is a rest period between each
